
Celebrate Easter Sunday with a festive brunch at Brumley’s Restaurant inside the historic General Morgan Inn. From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 5, guests are invited to enjoy a beautifully prepared holiday buffet featuring seasonal favorites, fresh seafood, and classic Southern comforts.
Begin with a selection from our Salad and Soup offerings, including Spring Pea Salad, Brumley’s signature Chicken Salad with croissant, Heirloom Caprese, and Smoked Tomato Bisque with rye bread croutons. Our Seafood Bar highlights Valley Bay shrimp with cocktail sauce, half-shell Gulf oysters with mignonette, and smoked Scottish salmon with accompaniments.
For the main course, enjoy Garlic Herb Beef Roast with tomato gravy, Baked Honey Ham with mustard cream sauce, and Baked Ziti, served alongside comforting sides like mashed potatoes, green beans, carrot soufflé, buttered sweet corn, and dinner rolls.
Finish your celebration with a selection of house-made desserts, including carrot cake, lemon coconut bars, black forest cake, mixed berry shooters, and cream puffs with raspberry and espresso chocolate sauces.
