Parking
Complimentary overnight guest parking is available behind the hotel with convenient access to the lobby. Throughout Historic Downtown Greeneville, additional on street parking is available for visitors. Most downtown street parking is free for up to two hours, providing a convenient option for dining, shopping, or attending events.
Check-In
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate early arrivals when possible, guest rooms may not be available before 4:00 PM as our housekeeping team prepares each room for your stay. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and if your room isn’t ready, we’re happy to store your luggage while you explore Historic Downtown Greeneville or enjoy a meal at Brumley’s Restaurant & Lounge.

Driving Directions
From Interstate 81
Take Exit 36 onto State Route 172 toward Greeneville. Continue to U.S. Highway 11E and follow signs into downtown Greeneville. Turn onto Main Street, and the General Morgan Inn will be on your left.
From Knoxville
Take I-40 East to I-81 North. Follow I-81 North to Exit 36 and continue into Greeneville via U.S. Highway 11E. Follow signs to Historic Downtown Greeneville.

From Tri-Cities
Take I-26 West toward Johnson City, then follow U.S. Highway 11E to Greeneville. Continue into Historic Downtown Greeneville.
