Brumley’s Catering by Angeez Frequently Asked Questions

Planning an event comes with plenty of questions, and we’re here to make the catering process as simple as possible. If you don’t see the answer you’re looking for, our catering team is happy to help.

How far in advance should I book my catering?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. While there is no set deadline for reservations, we can accommodate only a limited number of events each day. Once our schedule is full, we are unable to accept additional bookings.

How far do you travel?

Brumley’s Catering by Angeez provides off-site catering within approximately one hour of Greeneville. Travel beyond our local service area may be available for an additional mileage fee. Contact us to discuss your event location.

Do you prepare extra food?

We always prepare a small amount of additional food to help ensure your guests are well served. However, your confirmed guest count is the number of people we plan to accommodate, so it’s important that your final count is as accurate as possible.

What happens to leftover food?

Any remaining food will be transferred into smaller disposable pans, clearly labeled, and left at your venue for you to enjoy after your event.

Is dinnerware included?

Disposable plates, utensils, napkins, and other dinnerware can be provided for an additional charge. Let us know your needs when planning your event.

Do you provide tables, linens, or buffet decorations?

We do not provide tables or linens for buffet service. We may include simple greenery to enhance the buffet presentation, but any themed décor or decorations should be supplied by the customer.

When is my final guest count due?

Your final guest count is due two weeks prior to your event. This allows us to properly prepare your menu and staffing.

What are the payment requirements?

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit is applied toward your final catering balance.

The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

If I choose drop-off catering, do you leave chafers and serving equipment?

No. For drop-off catering orders, we do not leave chafing dishes, fuel, serving utensils, or other catering equipment. If your event requires buffet equipment or on-site service, please ask about our staffed catering options.

When do you arrive to set up?

For staffed events, our team typically arrives approximately one hour before serving time to set up the buffet and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
