As the sun begins its slow descent over the Appalachian foothills, the Rooftop Terrace becomes the place to be on July 9, 16, 23, and 30. Sunset Takeover on the Terrace is a four-week series of themed summer evenings featuring chef-prepared buffets by Brumley’s Catering by Angeez, handcrafted cocktails, and panoramic sunset views overlooking historic downtown Greeneville. Each Thursday brings a different culinary experience, from a lively Mexican fiesta with a build-your-own taco and nacho bar to a Southern supper, an All-American cookout, and an Italian-inspired evening.
As the sky transforms into brilliant shades of gold, pink, and orange, music from Lyrics on the Lawn will be piped onto the terrace, creating the perfect backdrop for gathering with friends, enjoying date night, or simply unwinding above the city. No two Thursdays are the same, making every Sunset Takeover a new experience to savor.
Whether you join us for one evening or all four, you’ll discover that great food, refreshing drinks, live music, and unforgettable sunsets are even better when shared from Greeneville’s most scenic rooftop. Reservations are preferred, though walk-ins are always welcome as space allows.

Join us on Thursday, July 30, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM as we conclude our Sunset on the Terrace series with an Italian-inspired buffet filled with timeless favorites. Begin with a fresh Caesar salad before enjoying Chicken Marsala, your choice of two pastas with Alfredo or red sauce, and classic Italian meatballs.
Complete your meal with roasted garlic red potatoes, garlic Parmesan broccoli, warm garlic breadsticks, and fresh Caprese skewers. Then finish the evening with a slice of Italian Cream Cake or a classic Tiramisu for the perfect sweet ending.
It’s a delicious way to close out a month of summer sunsets, flavorful dinners, and memorable evenings overlooking historic downtown Greeneville.
